Week of 3/10/08 Swim Workout for Technique

Warm Up
100 SKIPS (swim, kick, IM, pull, swim)

Drill Set 1
8x100 on 20 sec RI as:
25 hard
25 easy, focusing on perfect form
25 breastroke
25 hard, trying to maintain perfect form

Drill Set 2
4 x 100 as:
25 quick catch

25 fist swim

25 quick catch

25 regular swim
4x25 descending (swim each repetition faster by a couple seconds), hold form, on 30 sec RI

Cool Down
100 easy
